Hello and welcome to The Kimberly Cloud Show. I wanted to talk just a little bit about mental hygiene. You have to get 6 to 9 hours of sleep a day. Don't wake up obsessively eating throughout the night. If you cannot sleep ready a book out of the bed. The bed is only used for sleeping and when it needs to be in use, but if you are not sleeping then you should be up trying to keep yourself busy. What do you do if your job doesn't permits you to sleep a full 6 to 9 hours. Well you sleep when you can but split them into increments.
