Ukraine downed plane in 'terrorist attack', Russia tells UN

Russia has accused Ukraine of shooting down a Russian military transport plane, as the country's foreign minister Sergei Lavrov describes it as a "terrorist attack".

The Russians also claim 74 people, including 65 Ukrainian prisoners of war, were killed in the crash.

However, Ukraine said there was "no reliable information" on plane passengers and suggested the crash was "deliberate".
