A seventh-grader in Colorado is facing disciplinary action for recording a viral video of students chanting "sacrifice" and "heil Satan!" in a circle around a classmate "who is very clearly convulsing, twitching, writhing."

The student's father told CBS Colorado that the principle is now threatening disciplinary action against his daughter for violating school policy by using her cell phone on campus, despite other students using phones every day, because she exposed conduct that embarrassed them.

In an official statement from Boulder Valley School District, they claim: "Monarch PK-8 investigated the incident captured on video and shared on social media and found no evidence of bullying or harassment."
