Filipino IDF Sgt First Class Cydrick Garin laid to rest in Israel

Sergeant First Class Cydrick Garin, a Filipino serving in the IDF, was laid to rest in Israel amidst rainfall, which served as a poignant symbol of the collective grief and sympathy for him.

At the young age of 23, Garin, tragically became one of the 24 casualties in the Israel-Hamas conflict in Gaza.

In a solemn gathering, close friends, family, and fellow soldiers gathered to honor Garin's bravery as they bid him farewell at his burial in Kiryat Shaul Military Cemetery.
