For therapeutic purposes..........

I've been removing snow from my yard all my life. But only at 47 years old did I understand why I was doing this. What would make walking comfortable? No! I do this to get moral satisfaction from the work done!

Incredible. I need several hours of hard work to get into a good mood! Snow removal, like many other types of work, is done by me for therapeutic purposes. Hmm..But it’s better than drinking alcohol, drugs, or doing something else for a good mood. Labor is my psychotherapist. In the video, it took me 3 hours to clear the snow from the yard. When the work was finished I felt a sense of moral satisfaction.
