This is Bibi Rajinder Kaur Ji's debut album! This track is sung in Raag Asa, the prescribed Raag (melody) of the Shabad from Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Mahraj. This Bani is written & composed by Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji Mahraj and forms part of the first morning prayer, Japji Sahib, of five Banis- called Nitnem collectively.

This Shabad described the the nature of Truth. That truth which is the Almighty God or Waheguru, who provides for us and keeps us close to Him. Much of this Shabad praises God's virtues and thus how we are simply should ask the question - How could I forget (Him)?

Come let us listen and meditate on his Name through the Kirtan of the Gurus! This Kirtan genre is called Gurmat Sangeet and is performed on stringed instruments (collectively called Tanti Saaj), such as the main Saranda, and backup Dilruba and two Rababs alongside a tabla.
