A woman found living with 27 dogs in her van and convicted of cruelty to 25 or more

Heather Alexander was given two years of probation yesterday and has to pay nearly two-thousand-dollars in fines.(SFX) That was the judge in the case. Alexander is not allowed to have more than one animal at any time and the animal must be spayed or neutered.
