Candice Bergen speaks out on Emergencies Act ‘unconstitutional’ ruling

On Monday, the Federal Court ruled that Justin Trudeau’s use of the Emergencies Act to quash the Freedom Convoy protests was unconstitutional, saying the decision to invoke the measures was beyond its scope and unreasonable.
