This is an easy way of Cold Smoking in any grill. Add a few small pieces of real lump charcoal and top off the cold smoke generator with real wood chunks. We don't recommend using pellets as there is a chance that you will get dirty smoke. Once Topped off with wood Light the charcoal with a lighter from underneath and get the charcoal lit. Remember that you don't want the charcoal and wood producing a giant flame we just want it to smolder so that it will gravity feed. Once there is ample smoke being produced put the lid on and make sure the air pump is plugged in and walk away. It's that easy.
