Crazy Lady at a 7/11

(the 7/11 on Fremont Ave in Seattle, USA)

I know that it's a lot of bad choices, that are his own fault, that put him in this situation to begin with, but I somehow still feel bad for the Ben Stiller looking guy.

He does seem surprisingly reasonable but he had a lot of time to de-escalate the crazy lady before things became violent. He watched her slap the dude in the face and then is surprised he hit her back.
