Anakeesta Adventure Park - Gatlinburg, TN

June 10, 2023. We visit Gatlinburg every year, but this was our first trip to Anakeesta. This place is really neat and you must visit it at least once. Then again, they are steadily adding new attractions, so future return visits are likely for us. On this trip to Anakeesta we went in the evening after 5pm. There are many places to sit in a chair and take in the surrounding mountain views. Anakeesta has multiple restaurants offering a variety of food options. We settled on the Smokehouse restaurant. The mountain mac and nachos were delicious. If you're not into riding chair lifts that are becoming more and more popular in Gatlinburg, there is a shuttle bus that runs up and down the mountain. We did not do the dueling zipline, but I hope to in a future visit.
