Pastor Arreigned for Housing the Homeless at Church

Sub-zero temperatures are expected this weekend in many states; however, an Ohio pastor was arraigned in municipal court on Thursday after being slapped with 18 zoning law violation charges related to keeping his church open around the clock to house the homeless.

The case against Kim Davis, a former Kentucky county clerk who spent several days in jail for refusing to sign the marriage licenses of homosexual couples, may have the potential to overturn the Supreme Court decision that legalized same-sex marriage nationwide.
