Alternate side parking rules. I believe, at least ninety percent of the vehicles parking in this street on a regular basis, are part of the spy network stalking me. I see it as further evidence, the fact that a number of vehicles remain on this side of the street, south, and specially by the entrance, during the street cleaning period. As soon the Street Sweeper has passed, spy vehicles very quickly place themselves back on their original places. Also, I’ve noticed vehicles remaining parked during this period, just beyond my cameras’ reach. This “phenomenon” has been happening for years now, in the past, before I started to post these videos in the net, I saw broken glass at the pavement, coming from vehicles’ broken windows, that was a way to scare away those drivers who weren’t part of the spy network and would park in this street. No keeping continuous surveillance in this street, no matter how serious are the incident(s) happening everywhere else, and how calm this street appears, is inviting those incidents to occur, they are created precisely with the intention of driving away, the few good guys giving me a hand. By now, it should be obvious, the size, determination, and power of the spy network stalking me.
