The secretary of state can conduct negotiations, interpret, and terminate treaties relating to foreign policy. The secretary, also can participate, in international conferences, organizations, and agencies, as a representative of the United States.

6. Victoria Nuland. The now, Deputy Secretary State for Political Affairs.

7. Avril Haines. The now United States Intelligence Community Director. The United States Intelligence Community comprises of 17 intelligence agencies and organizations. Which are. The average Americans have little to say, or no say, in what the government does, concerning so called sanctions, military adventures, or anything else. One may say that the average American people, control government with their vote. While their vote is a mark on a simple piece of paper, the military industrial complex, the big pharmaceutical corporations, the big finance and Wall Street. Vote on a very different level, with their passed down through history mega dollars. Our vote, is washed away in a sea of corrupted dollars.
