Texas Leaders Continue to Fight Joe Biden's Unlawful Invasion at the Southern Border

The Supreme Court sided with the Biden administration in a 5-4 vote, allowing the removal of razor wire fences at the US southern border.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott and Attorney General Ken Paxton are vowing to fight this decision as there is still a chance Texas will win.

John Pierce, Chairman of the National Constitutional Law Union, said:

"Article four, section four requires that the federal government protect the states against invasion, and they have obviously failed to do that... if the federal government fails to do that, then the states have the right and the obligation to defend their people and their state."
