Why The Iron Claw Is The Best Wrestling Movie Ever Made

I finally saw The Iron Claw and I loved it. From the way it was filmed, to the performances themselves, to the editing/pacing, and the overall tone of the movie, I really think director Sean Durkin knocked it outta the park and delivered what is quite possibly the greatest professional wrestling film ever made here. It's neck-and-neck with 'The Wrestler' starring Mickey Rouke, in my eyes, and manages to outdo how depressing that one is with a true story - which is saying A LOT. In this video I explain why it may be the greatest professional wrestling movie ever made.

Note from Robbie: This is my first attempt at a “video essay” or whatever, which in this case is actually a “video blog” - because this review of #TheIronClaw started as a blog!
