There is NO JUSTICE in America any more for "regular" people. A two tiered justice system would suggest that there actually was some sort of justice. For average Americans justice is defined as going after those who oppose the government. For politicians willing to "go with the program", they can do anything that they want without fear of prosecution or penalty.
