What the heck is Yoga Nidra?
It's yoga for the mind! No movement involved. Simply lay back, close your eyes and follow my voice.
We we've our way through the mind to bring the body into deep sleep / natural healing state and you consciousness remains awake.
Accessing the morphogenic field aka akashas aka consciousness in this way helps you to receive clear insight, inner guidance, & deep wisdom from your inner connection to the universe.

ENERGETIC FOCUS for today's practice:
This practice is focused on self-evolution. Aligning with higher frequencies, releasing ourselves from being stuck in fantasy land and/or fear of personal power, to empower ourselves with the courage, wisdom and clarity on the steps to initiate to begin bringing our dreams into form in this material plane. Today, we release ourselves from the lock hold of the mind and begin manifesting our heart desires.

PREPARE:
Create some time to set up your Nidra FreedOM Nest where you can feel safe and cozy to fully relax. Some position and prop ideas HERE:

Close your eyes if that feels good to you, and follow my voice as best you can. If you fade into a dreamlike state, it's okay, let yourself relax and let go.

However, with practice, eventually Yogic Sleep guides the body into sleep to heal/rest and allows the consciousness to remain awake. This offers you space to observe, explore and receive divine wisdom from Your Source - the space from that which you came, the space that knows all. One gets more skilled in exploring the mind/consciousness with practice.

I will guide you back verbally, but if you have somewhere to be, you may want to set an alarm for after the experience just in case you fall asleep.

I highly suggest making space to journal afterward - jot down anything about your experience, what you felt, what you saw, what you may have realized.

I hope this helped :)
Would love to hear about your experience or how this helped you in the comments!
