Wall Street traders celebrate new stock market record

Traders on New York's Wall Street have been celebrating a new record on the stock markets.

There were cheers and applause all round on Friday as the final bell rang with the S&P 500 closing on a record high.

It's now up 35% since its low in October 2022, with high results also being recorded across stock exchanges in Japan and Europe.
