does anybody have an arc I can use

I live on the corner of two streets that are both downhill and conversion to the corner where I'm at. I live in Yuma Arizona and it doesn't rain very long very often here as heavy it has as it has been today. this is the results during monsoon season. but that's in the summer. it's January 2017 and it's been raining for about 4 hours. a steady rain so you can see the damage done. so wish me luck that maybe I'll be able to leave my house sometime today or swim out. by the way I hope you catch the latest Parker Carlson interview with none other than cat turd! it's a great video and you really can see it
