1989 Joe Biden would not like the current resident of the White House

In 1989 George Bush addressed the nation on new steps he was taking in the war on drugs. Immediately afterward Biden addressed the nation.

He said Bush's plan was not strong enough and called for more prosecutors, cops, and border security. He even wanted to bomb the cartels.
