She held the position of secretary of the Parliamentary Liberal Party from December 2022 to May 2023. Before entering Parliament, Renee had a background in health, with a Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic), where she provided care to patients of all ages and backgrounds across Gippsland.
