Many homeless shelters are at capacity due to the snow and frigid weather

The Macomb County Rotating Emergency Shelter Team says they have taken to renting out hotel rooms when they become too full and have raised 15-thousand-dollars since Thursday to help pay for those. Officials say they need over 20-thousand-dollars to be able to comfortably pay for the rooms for people.
