Runs 3:21 | HOUSTON (AP) - Merril Hoge caught a 16-yard pass from Bubby Brister with 20 seconds to play to rally Pittsburgh (4-10) in a game filled with big plays. Brister's game-winning pass was his third touchdown throw of the game and came after the Oilers (9-5) had taken a 34-31 lead with 1:30 to play on a 3-yard run by Warren Moon. Brister passed 32 yards to Rodney Carter to the Houston 48, then hit Carter for 15 yards to the Houston 21. A holding penalty against the linebacker Robert Lyles put the ball at the Oilers' 16 and Hoge got free over the middle for the game-winner. Warren Moon completed 19 of 39 passes for 269 yards and one TD.
