Field Dressing & Quartering A Moose For Transport

This is part 2 of the moose hunt video that we shared recently and on this video John shows how he field dresses the moose into quarters. If you have never field dressed a moose before there are a few important points that he brings up that you will want to know before hand so that you do not make bad mistakes. Things like keeping hair off the meat, using the hide to lay the meat on in case you don't have a tarp, not creating a mess or contaminating your meat by cutting into the intestines or bladder, being able to get the most amount of meat and so much more.
