Healthy breakfast for weight loss with oats, apple and raspberry! No sugar, no egg!

Ingredients:

Recipe 1:
3 tbsp rolled oats
water at room temperature
1 tablespoon protein powder
2 tablespoons yogurt
1-2 teaspoons honey
100 g(3.5 oz) strawberries/ blueberries
220 ml(~3/4 cup) milk/ plant "milk"

Recipe 2:
3 tablespoons rolled oats
water
1 tablespoons chia seeds
water
1 medium apple
2 Medjool dates
1 teaspoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
cinnamon
200 ml(~3/4 cup) milk/ plant "milk"

Recipe 3:
45 g(1/2 cup) rolled oats
1/2 banana
cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey/ maple syrup
100 ml(3.38 oz) milk/ plant "milk"
refrigerate for 3-4 hours
60 g (1/4 cup) yogurt
