True Man Tip of the Day – Committing to Your Goals

During a recent office clean-out, I took the time to revisit old journals and goals, some dating back several years. Among them was a weight loss goal I had set for myself nine years ago.

While I didn't give up on the goal, I did shift my focus to other pursuits. What matters most is that in the past couple of months, I successfully reached that weight loss objective. This experience underscores the importance of persistence—just because goals aren't realized immediately doesn't mean one should give up. Achievement comes with a price.
