By backing Kiev, West prolongs senseless confrontation – Lavrov

While speaking at the UNSC meeting, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov pointed out that those who are backing Kiev are just prolonging the conflict. He also dismissed the statement that Ukraine's defeat is an existential threat to Ukrainians, saying that these assumptions are baseless.
