CIA's secret Island in the Indian Ocean; abduction and torture

According to this video clip, there is an Island in the Indian Ocean, in which the CIA conducts terrible things, and the Malaysian civilian aeroplane, which disappeared in 2014, was allegedly abducted and secretly imprisoned and tortured there.
