This dance lives in my head rent-free.

Thank you @backwards_hat_dancer for this moment in time. The biggest things I’ve heard in response to it are 👉🏻

“How is this NOT choreographed?!”

“I would’ve fallen in love on the spot 😂”

“I don’t get how you can do this improvised!”

And what I have to say to it all is…

It’s all about rhythm and FUN 🤩

We both let go, felt each other’s energy and flowed with whatever movements the other introduced.

Some tips on how to do this are:

👉🏻 Eye contact, Funnily enough, you communicate a lot through just looks

👉🏻 Body language. Communication through just reading your partner’s signals can tell when you should pause or when you jam-out.

👉🏻 Respond to the song and have fun! As you can see, there are lots of pivotal movements here where we dance to the lyrics or the beat drop.

It’s not impossible, it’s just all about reading the song, your partner and having fun!
