01/21/24 My neighbor was trapped in her unit again!

My neighbor's only exit/entrance door was frozen shut again!
I came over to find a good Samaritan with a sledgehammer outside of the stuck door on unit #1 trying to rescue my neighbor who was trapped again in unit #1 on the other side of the 🚪 door that was frozen shut!
After I got the door the rest of the way open without breaking it.
(It's still pretty cold ❄️ 🥶 in North Dakota.)I tried to stop them both from clearing up all of the ice that had formed again inside of the unit between and under the mat inside of the unit and the inside of unit #1's door jam.
Yes there is ice forming indoors!
Moisture is definitely seeping through the door and forming ice almost an inch thick inside of the unit by the door 🚪 and the floor in front of the door, and inside of the door jam itself.
This needs to be seen!
I don't want my neighbors charged for damages related to the unit's only 🚪 door.
But the property management is going to have to see what is happening to the door 🚪 on unit #1 before they get into my unit tomorrow!
And you better believe I am going to be asking them to fix the issue in unit #1 ASAP!
