Go Time Gear: Meals In The Field - canteen cup cooking

When the MRE's and freeze dried meals run out while you are in the field doing the things, you will need to cook from scratch.
With the plethora of mess kits both commercial/civilian to military surplus they take up space and add weight to your pack. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking with an actual mess kit while outside the wire, more power to you - I on the other hand try to reduce the weight and space used by cooking with a spare canteen cup.
Today's recipe is for creating a hot meal in less than 10 minutes that is nutritious, filling, and that uses ingredients that take as little space as possible.
