They will manipulate notices, redact evidence, not allow you to videotape them or even give you their names since it would become evidence. However, they will have a Bailiff sit in a room with you, lie about the fact that he is videotaping you and then quote the law that he can so. Why can’t we? I remind you, this is the method which they have used in order to cause us to lose cases.
