What Size Tyre/Tire For An Austin Healy 100/6 or 3000? 165R15's rub so 155/80s? Wheel Prep & Panhard

A bit of history from a 1958 Road & Track Mag on Panhards and what is a Panhard Rod? My old tyres were almost 20 years old so time to go. A trip to the Tyre store in Daphne. Will I need wheel spacers? $800 oil pan? -- NOPE. Steel wheel prep for powder coating with some oven heat, wire wheel work and some really good paint stripper.
