Welcome to my review of the Bolt & Forge Analog Audio Appaloosa Germanium Overdrive Pedal. The Bolt & Forge Appaloosa Germanium Overdrive is one of the nicest low to mid-gain overdrive pedals I have tried.

This overdrive circuit cleans up great with your volume control down on your guitar and it does not change your tone immensely. This is a transparent overdrive meaning, it won't change the starting tone like a lot of other pedals. The character of your gear is still present in the pedals effect.
