Dean of UNT Journalism Dorothy Bland was stopped and questioned by two Texas officers while doing that new exercise called "The Flap Walk" in her own neighborhood. She said I was caught walking while black.Police said need to get out of the street before she get hit by a pickup truck...here is the video see for yourself..
