There have been reports published in newspapers at many places that 31.85 crore tourists will come to Uttar Pradesh in 2022. This number has increased to 32 crores in just nine months of 2023. The population of entire UP is 24 crores and the number of tourists who have come is 32 crores, i.e. eight crores more than the population. It seems that a tourism revolution is going on in Uttar Pradesh itself.
