बिल्क़ीस बानो के केस में सुप्रीम कोर्ट का फैसला आ गया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट का यह फैसला तब आया है जब राम मंदिर के उदघाटन के बहाने प्रधानमंत्री मोदी को विष्णु और शिव का अवतार बताया जा रहा है, राम की मर्यादा के प्रतीक के रूप में उन्हें स्थापित करने का प्रयास हो रहा है। मगर इसी बीच सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले ने यह साफ़ कर दिया है कि आरोपियों की रिहाई में क़ानून की प्रक्रिया का पालन नहीं हुआ था। दोषी करार किए जा चुके अपराधियों को चुनाव से पहले रिहा कराने की आख़िर ऐसी भी क्या जल्दी थी कि गुजरात सरकार ने क़ानून का उल्लंघन करते हुए आदेश जारी किए? वैसे इस आदेश को मंज़ूरी तो केंद्र की सरकार से मिली थी। क्या यह राम की मर्यादा का भारत है, संवैधानिक मर्यादा का भारत है या मोदी की मर्यादा का भारत है जिसके नीचे सारी मर्यादाएं रौंदी जा रही हैं। सवाल आपको करना है उससे पहले आपको तय करना है कि सवाल करना किससे है? मोदी से या राम से।
