A real war has broken out between Texas and the federal government over migrants. The Texas National Guard took full control of Shelby Park last week and is blocking all federal attempts to get there.

The Biden administration is trying to restore access to the site. To make matters worse, Texas has refused to meet a deadline to take back the park and is instead expanding its zone of control at the border. Barbed wire has already been erected and illegal aliens are constantly being arrested.
