Evening at Winterfest - Carowinds in Charlotte North Carolina

Hello everyone and Happy Thanksgiving! This is footage of my evening at Winterfest at Carowinds theme park. I had a great time and I was able to get around and walk almost all evening. I had a great time. Thank you to my brother and his family for inviting me to go along.

This is what I am calling a non-scale victory. This is something I would have not been able to do a year ago. Because of my journey on carnivore, I was able to be on my feet for 2 1/2 hours and survive!

This is also helping me prepare for doing a 10k.
