Shauna Perry is currently a Registered Nurse in the ICU and ER. In 2004, she switched her focus from pre-med to a degree in health and exercise kinesiology. She began powerlifting in 2010, and bodybuilding in 2012.

Shauna competed in 2013 in the Women's Physique category, then in 2018, she hit 230 pounds. After an intense amount of hard work, she stepped on stage again in 2023 at the Phoenix Iron Games, followed by USA's and North Americans.

In this episode, Shauna shares some of her struggles she experienced along her journey, and how she was able to conquer her goals to get on stage again!
