Carbert, along with three others, has been in remand for 702 days under pre-trial detention.
The four men are facing charges of conspiracy to murder RCMP officers in connection with the anti-Covid mandates protest that took place in Coutts, Alberta.
It's noteworthy that the two rows "designated for media with an undertaking" have been removed since no media outlets have been attending these hearings month after month.
