Storm Shield Forecast morning update 1/10/18

The last of the clouds and scattered showers slowly clear out today, leaving us with a fresh northwesterly breeze and another day of great air quality with cool air filling into the county. As a result expect highs just in the upper 50s here in the valley and down in the desert, with the mid-50s in the Kern River Valley this afternoon and just the upper 40s in the mountains.
