Thornton City Council approves $3.75 million in tax incentives for new Topgolf location

The Thornton City Council on Tuesday approved a $3.75 million incentive package that would encourage Topgolf to build a 64,000-square-foot facility at the northeast corner of 160th Avenue and I-25.
