16 Palestinians, including children, killed in Israeli shelling in Rafah

16 people have been killed in overnight Israeli shelling in the city of Rafah in southern Gaza. Children are among those killed and injured. The Israeli strikes hit a house in the eastern part of the city.

Fighting has also been taking place between Palestinian groups and Israeli forces near Nasser hospital in Khan Younis.
