Indonesian Chicken Fried Rice Recipe

Nasi goreng kampung, or Indonesian fried rice, is a dish I ate a lot as a child and now often choose when I'm in a rush. This 10-minute fried rice in the Indonesian manner is definitely best enjoyed on its own, but I've also heard that it tastes fantastic served as a side dish with fried shallots, scallions, and lime.
Using chilled cooked rice or leftover fried rice holds the key to creating the ideal fried rice since the drier and separated grains are easier to cook in a wok. It is not nice to consume soggy fried rice, which is what happens when you use warm cooked rice.
This fried rice is produced at home.

What you'll need to make nasih goreng kampung is:

Five garlic
Eight shallots
One large red chili
One bird's eye chili
150 grams of cubed chicken breast seasoned with 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce and salt
Three tablespoons of oil
five grams of shrimp paste
One tablespoon sweet soy sauce
Two tablespoons of oyster sauce
One tablespoon of fish sauce
400 grams of chilled rice
One egg and pepper
