January warmth continues, rain on the way

Tonight temperatures will briefly dip below freezing in southeastern Wisconsin and as patchy fog forms and some drizzle begins to fall after midnight, some may freeze on surfaces that are colder than the air, creating slick spots potentially on sidewalks and roadways for Wednesday morning's commute.
