Attempting to capture SSTV via a handycam.

Jan 15th ish, 2024. Spinning through the dial and stopped for a moment at 14.230mhz. Not quite clear enough audio to decode. I tried with MMSSTV anyways and it did not decode well for me. I will try this experiment again but with the audio direct into a PC or the handycam via I/O cables. Recorded on a Sony Hi8 CCD-TR700. Then transferred over to a JVC VCR via the S-video out to a vcr on S-VHS. Then I transferred it over to my laptop. A Acer Aspire from the Vista era. But I have it running on XPSP3. And I'm not sure now if this was AV or S video feed. LOL. I'm just fiddling about here. USB capture device. I used Honesteck TVR software. Yes I know how to receive SSTV in a better fashion. As I said I'm just fiddling about. Next I'll pull the audio off the UHER and see if that decodes better. Having a good time playing with this obsolete gear. I was a teenager in the 80's and could not afford any of this stuff. So kind of a time travel experience.
