A four minute reel that will give you insight of the teachings of war in America and across the Western Hemisphere.

WHINSEC - Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation - A Department of Defence/Pentagon Military University teaching unthinkable torture against enemy combatants.
The Institute campus is on Baltzell Avenue in Fort Moore, which is adjacent to Columbus, GA.

The University was previously called "The School of Americas" - Why did the Pentagon change the name to WHINSEC in 2001?
When people discovered what this school was really teaching the registrants they became enraged, the controversy grew and could not be ignored.

So what did the Pentagon do to appease the people?

They announced the closure of the school, but instead, just changed the name - You see how that works within the politics of government and how they fool the public?

The institute was founded in 1946 and by the year 2000, more than 60,000 Latin American military, law enforcement, and security personnel had attended the school that was located in the Panama Canal Zone at the time until its expulsion in 1984.
