In this video it is early morning and still dark.
I walk through the back yard, and when I get close to the back door, rather than a horn signal from BNSF, a driver who cannot see me in the yard revs his engine to an earsplitting whine. Although the town is a railhead, no freight or any trains are moving. What is seen here is a standard rather than a coincidence as shown in this collection of videos. It can only be executed with satellite surveillance. Used domestically apparently by the U.S. military franchised to local law enforcement - and all the more heinous with public access.
